Day 23: Hasty Necklace

This morning I wore my favorite outfit ^.^ And then realized I didn't have a necklace to match
Yeah. That sounds horribly teenager-ish, doesn't it?
Well...does it help any that the outfit is a fantasy-style tunic, leggings and boots?
Probably not *shrugs*
But anyways
I decided I needed a necklace, so I got out the yarn I'm going to use for a cowl, and hastily braided an old pendant into it, creating the below choker-style necklace:

Day 21: Words

Here's a rather odd angle of my computer screen:

If you can't read any of that (which I doubt you can anyways) it's a scene I'm working on for my OYAN. The villain has died. Huzzah! :P Not sure if this will actually go in the novel or not, but I had to write it before I lost it XD

Day 17: new book

First off:

Day 16: Fantasy Legos

Today, we went to the lego store, and I made some awesome minifigs. Only one of the ones I made is in this pic, but the others'll pop up later XD

In this pic, is just how much of a fantasy geek I am: lego people of charries from various books.

Day 15: I am not a banana

While you may know the above is a rock-solid fact, I had to remind myself. Three times, to be exact. Behold:

You can't really read it, so I'll tell you what I have inscribed on my fingers: I am not a banana. 
Three times.
See, I get my cast off in two days, but I keep peeling the skin on the hand under it off.
That's kinda not a good thing.
So, I have to remind myself not to.
And...well....I'm not a banana. So....I reminded myself. By writing it on me. It's worked so far. We shall see.

Day 14: Charrie

Kinda makes no sense, huh?
How can you take a pic of a charrie?
Well
You can't :P
But
You can take pics of things they might wear.

That's what these are.
I'll explain.
I'm hoping to go to the OYAN SW, and I want to wear a costume like one of my new charries, Acaci (whole post about her on AWAHD) so I went to a resale store today with mum, and looked for some things. I'm just getting ideas right now, I'm hoping to find a dress I can alter slightly, and some shoes, I already have the cloak, and that'd be all I need. It'd be nice to find stuff to alter/at a resale store 'cause my wallet's tight as it is XP

Here's what I found today, in my idea-gathering :)

It's the purple dress in the middle :)
It's a slight gossamer-ish fabric, and you can't see it, but there's a flower pattern in it. I think this is kinda what I'm looking for, but I'm not sure. Google/Amazon searching is in my agenda for awhile :P

Day 12; A day at dance

Today I spent my day from the hour of about 5-9:15 at the dance studio.
That, in and of itself is enough to make me beam.
But
I also had tap tonight.

That, my friends, is an elven coat of arms made up by me ^.^
yeah.

The swords on top are inlaid with sapphires, and represent the elven warriors
The three stars on either side stand for elven royalty; King, Queen, and Prince or Princess
Why is it repeated?
Elves like doubles for reasons unknown. I'm getting there.
The flower in the middle is a Flarhm Lowrimn, a Flame Flower, and it's petals overlap, so the Elves have it as their symbol for 'everlasting' or 'eternity'
The strange vines on either side are Eilztirm Giltnz, Dragon Vines. Note the sapphire spines and green stalks, like the tail of a dragon..

Day Eight: Misty Trees in Early Morning

I pulled an all nighter.
Yeah.
I'm insane.
I was up 'till 7:00AM in a charrie lounge with an epic sister of mine and reading random topics on OYAN.
It was the. best. night. ever. Last time I pulled an allnighter I didn't do it 'cause I wanted to, and I read Mockingjay all night. >.< ugh. I shoulda slept. But this isn't where I rant about The Hunger Games. Here's my picture. I assure you, it was taken today. At around 7:05 AM CST

It's kinda odd, and you can't see it's full awesomeness 'cause it was taken through a window with an iPod, but that's a tree outside our trailer, and it's all misty and epic. I was listening to Kecharitomene when I took it and I'm listening to Kecharitomene while I post it. This pic is epic.

Favorite Shoes, and a notebook.

I fiddled with it a bit, and succeeded in making it black and white, but not adding the little touches I wanted. I'll have to work on that.

Those are my favorite shoes in the world: my tap shoes. They can make anything and everything better. Today math literally killed my brain (not to mention creating tears) I seriously could not think straight afterwords. And then me and mom had a tense moment in the car >.< but then I put on my tap shoes, and instantly, instantly, everything was okay. Thank God for tap. Oh my gosh. I have no idea what I'd do without it.

And technically it should be the new book I got, instead of the notebook, but I liked this pic, and didn't want to take another :P

Day Four: 1/4/12: My cloak came >:D

Yep. Yep yep yep! My cloak came today B-) I uploaded two pics, one, the first one, is only the hood and half of me. I  thought it was kinda cool *shrugs* the best one I've taken in the cloak myself so far, at least.

This one is a long view of the whole cloak, with our couch in the background :P And that's not even all of the cloak, there's a good three or four inches that my iPod couldn't capture *grins*

Needless to say, I'm extremely excited, this cloak is almost like the one Liss wears, and it IS exactly like the one Acaci wears (charries of mine :P) *dances*
